Pirate Frequency

Bootleg copies of the unaired Global Frequency pilot are available on DVD in Toronto, based on this photographic evidence found on Flickr.

previously discussed here and here.

Also, You're on the Global Incontinence is an interesting analysis of the GF pilot and its source material.

Hey,
Have you ever checked out Matt Howarth's one-shot comic book "WRAB: Pirate TV"? It's one of his best I think. You can see a small image of the cover art at this link. You can order a copy here. Unless your local comic shop happens to have a copy.

We should alway patronize our comic shops whenever possible, because they need the paper, and we're lucky to have them.

This story predates the internet, which we're also very lucky to have, at least for now, because it's so much harder for the Three Little Pigs to control it right at the moment. That could change, so it's good to take advantage of it, while we still can. Not so television, and, sad to say, even comic books are becoming more and more "broadband" all the time...

Thanks for the space,
Curm

I'm familiar with Matt Howarth, but I've never run across WRAB. Sounds interesting, though. Thanks for the links.
