Actually, I think it was Joss Whedon's name that caused the hole in the wall that the X-men are astonished at.
Maybe the name is attempting to break into the X-mansion. I haven't read the series, so that's just a guess.
Are you accusing Whedon of breaking the fourth wall?
Yes I am, and I'm really not comfortable discussing exactly what part of his body he used to break that fourth wall.
Now, that was funny. I especially liked the tooltip notes they put on the linked photo. Why did the X-Men get "top" billing on the cover, though? It should have read "JOHN WHELDON PRESENTS:" in block capitals at the top, too, sorta like they used to do with Stan Lee's name in all the Marvel comic books...
